Site work for a water / sewer project in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of installation of water mains on Somerville Avenue, Beaumont Street, Lemay Avenue, Lord Avenue, and Weatherdon Avenue all within the City of Winnipeg. The major components of the Work are as follows: installation of approximately 920m of 150mm - 300mm diameter PVC water main pipe by trenchless methods; abandonment of existing water mains as required; removal and abandonment of existing hydrant assemblies and gate valves as required; installation of valves and hydrant assemblies; reconnection or renewal of water service connections; and restoration of pavement and boulevard areas. The Universal Design Policy shall apply to the Work. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Question Deadline 04/29/2026 All enquiries shall be directed to the Contract Administrator identified in D3.1. B4.2 If the Bidder finds errors, discrepancies or omissions in the Tender, or is unsure of the meaning or intent of any provision therein, the Bidder shall notify the Contract Administrator of the error, discrepancy or omission, or request a clarification as to the meaning or intent of the provision at least five (5) Business Days prior to the Submission Deadline
