Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Howard, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Work includes approximately 870 L.F. of sanitary sewer, 3,600 tons of crushed aggregate base course, 990 L.F. of watermain, 13,000 S.F. of concrete sidewalk, 1,030 L.F. of storm sewer, 2,200 L.F. of concrete curb and gutter, 16,000 C.Y. of excavation, and 430 tons of asphaltic pavement. Bidders must submit proposals using the bid forms included in the Contract Documents, addressing them to the Village Engineer in a sealed envelope marked with the bidder's name and address, project title, and contract number. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check equivalent to 5% of the maximum proposal. Bidding and award of work will follow the provisions of Section 61.55 and 66.0901. The owner may reject any or all bids and waive informalities. Bidders must download digital plans from www.questcdn.com (Quest project #10171309) for $30; paper plan sets will not be provided. Question Deadline 05/01/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
