Concrete curb and sidewalk construction and asphalt pavement, including Concrete Curb & Gutter (100 lineal feet), Concrete Sidewalk and Driveways (75 square feet), Remove Asphalt and Fine Grade Base (1,800 square yards), and Hot-Mix Asphalt Pavement (350 tons). The quantities are subject to change without notice prior to document distribution. Bidders must deposit, with their bid, security in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid amount. Bidders must be experienced in municipal street construction. The Village of Cross Plains reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. Bidders must be pre-qualified with the Village of Cross Plains within the last year or must be pre-qualified for this work 5 days prior to the bid deadline in accordance with Section 66.0901 of the Wisconsin Statutes. Question Deadline 05/01/2026 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. 7.03 Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than five days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
