Replace all existing carbon steel piping components within PPW Vaults 101B, 103, and 105 with stainless steel piping components. The work includes removal and replacement of all existing valves with new stainless steel full-port ball valves and installation of insulation on all piping within the vaults. Construction activities include all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the piping replacement and insulation work in accordance with applicable standards and site conditions. Vault 105 may be accessed for a walkthrough prior to award, while Vaults 101B and 103 will be accessed after award due to decommissioning requirements.
