This project is for the CalFire Green Schoolyards Project at multiple school sites within the La Mesa-Spring Valley School District. The project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the Department of Industrial Relations. The work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete landscape and irrigation improvements at sites listed above in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. The intent of this project is to provide a complete, operational, and efficient irrigation and tree planting system that supports long-term plant health and water efficiency. The Contractor shall provide a complete installation, including all appurtenances, adjustments, testing, and documentation required for a fully functional system.
