**As of June 8th, 2026, this project has been awarded for Trane US Inc. for $262,250.** Furnish all labor, materials, services, and equipment necessary for the completion of the work as specified for Chiller Replacement - Woodman Elementary School. 1-Base Bid - Chiller Replacement - Woodman Elementary School 2-Alternate #1 Add/Deduct) - Use Trane chillers of equal or greater capacity in lieu of Daikin 3-Alternate #2- (Add) Replace existing chilled water outdoor piping insulation and heat trace 4-Alternate #3 (Add/Deduct) - Use Quantech chiller of equal or greater capacity in lieu of Daikin.
