The work involves providing labor, equipment, and material for the Proposed Sanitary Sewer System Rehabilitation Project - Phase II / Contract "2" Town Creek Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation CWSRF Project No. CS010296-05. The principal items of work include: Gravity Sewer Line Rehabilitation using the Cured in Place Pipe Method for approximately 5,000 linear feet, Manhole Rehabilitation, and Point Repair. The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsible and responsive bidder. The contract time is 60 consecutive calendar days, and liquidated damages will be assessed if the contract time is exceeded. The contractor must comply with all applicable federal guidelines as funds for this project are provided through the Clean Water State Revolving Funds. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening, and the owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive any informality in any bid. Question Deadline 05/04/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
