This project is for the construction of water, sanitary sewer, drainage facilities & paving and appurtenances to serve Sterling Traditions Section 5. Bidders desiring further information or further interpretation of any part of the Contract Documents are hereby obligated to submit a written request online to the www.CivcastUSA.com system for such information to Engineer not less than 7 calendar days before the Bid opening. Answers to these requests will be given, in writing, to all bidders as addenda to the Contract, and each addendum will be made a part of the Contract. No explanation or interpretation of the Contract, other than written addenda, shall be binding.
