Site work and new construction of a road / highway in Hortonville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway.
Sealed bids are requested for the construction of a new highway facility in Hortonia. Bid specifications are available for download from the County's website or by contacting Nicole Schoultz. There will be a non-mandatory site visit for interested contractors. Bids must be received by the specified deadline and will be publicly read at that time. Bids received after the deadline, or submitted by fax or email, will not be accepted. Submitted bids must remain firm for sixty days and may not be withdrawn except as permitted by applicable statutes and county rules. The deadline for vendor questions will be 1:00 pm May 8th. All questions will be answered online under Bids & Proposals no later than end of day May 15 th .
