Reference number: 20139879 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 3 Description The Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MRNF) through its Regional Directorate of Mauricie-Lanaudiere requires the services of a construction contractor to proceed with the dismantling, recovery, cleaning and restoration of two (3) landfill sites and one (1) unauthorized occupancy site in the La Tuque Agglomeration, in Mauricie, as well as the proper placement of construction debris, a trailer, residual materials, and all other materials and materials in suitable and authorized locations. An RBQ license is required given the nature of the work. The services to be provided by the contractor to MNRF generally include the elements presented in the "2 Description of Requirements" section of the solicitation document. The contract will start on the signature date and end no later than January 31, 2026. The work begins on the date set by the Minister's representative, who notifies the contractor in writing, and must be completed no later than September 11, 2026. The draft report for each site must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026, and the final report no later than November 27, 2026. The contractor must have an establishment in the administrative regions of Mauricie, Lanaudiere and Saguenay-Lac-St-Jean where he carries on his activities on a permanent basis, clearly identified with his name and accessible during normal business hours;
