This solicitation requests vendor quotations for the removal and disposal of two (2) existing dishwashers and two (2) booster heaters, and the provision and installation of new units of the same manufacturer or approved equivalent at specified locations. All labor, materials, delivery, and warranty as required are included. Bidders must submit their bids electronically through Bonfire/U3P. Before submission, all attached documents must be reviewed and all required information completed. Vendors must upload their base bid, alternate bid, and any additional required documents such as bid bond and licensing. Only electronic bids submitted through Bonfire/U3P will be accepted; faxed, hard-copy, or emailed bids are not allowed. Electronic bids should not contain embedded documents such as zip, mov, wmp, or mp3 files, and all attachments must be uploaded as separate files. Bidders acknowledge by submission that they have examined and familiarized themselves with the bid requirements and work conditions. All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing via Bonfire/U3P, and only official answers provided within Bonfire/U3P or through properly issued addenda will be recognized. Any changes to the procurement effort will only be made by addendum issued by the Salt Lake City School District. Discrepancies between documents sourced outside Bonfire/U3P and those issued by SLCSD will be resolved in favor of the latter.
