The scope of work consists of a Site Contract for work at sports field(s) for the Fredonia Central School District Capital Outlay Project 2025-2027. All work shall be completed in accordance with the provided drawings and specifications prepared by Young + Wright Architectural. Instructions to bidders include: - Sealed proposals must be submitted by the specified date and time. - Plans and specifications are available to prime contractors for a $25.00 deposit per set, refundable under certain conditions. - A bid bond payable to the owner in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount must be submitted with each bid. - No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids. - The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids, and to waive informalities and irregularities. - Bidders must comply with required employment conditions and New York State Labor Department prevailing wage rates. - The Board of Education reserves the right to award a contract for the whole or a portion of the work as determined to be in the best interest of the District.
