The work consists of the replacement of asphalt pavement, base course material, curb and gutter, and sidewalk along Kort Street between the West Termini and West Grand Ave. It also includes replacement of the existing water main with new 10-inch and 8-inch ductile iron water main, and associated valves, hydrants, and services; replacement of the existing gravity sanitary sewer and pressure sanitary force main; and dewatering for utility installations.
