Site work for a water / sewer project in Tiltonsville, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Lump sum bid to perform all work necessary to construct two 33-foot diameter by 37-foot tall, 242,000-gallon bolted, glass-fused to steel ground storage standpipes, complete with foundation; site rough grading; disposal of excess excavated materials at the designated spoils area; and other incidental work to provide complete, operational water storage tanks to operate in parallel, as described in the specifications and on the construction drawings. Each bidder must submit with their bid security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the instructions for bidders. Each bidder must submit evidence of experience on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Contractor compliance with equal employment opportunity requirements is required, and the contractor shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex. The contractor shall carry out applicable requirements in the award and administration of contracts awarded under EPA financial assistance agreements. All work must comply with Federal Davis Bacon Wage rates and rules.
