The scope includes the engineered structural design of the complete pole barn building by a NJ Licensed Professional Engineer, the furnishing, fabricating and erecting of (1) one complete Pole Barn Building, including all roof paneling, exterior wall paneling, translucent (clear) gable end corrugated polycarbonate wall panels, (2) two 3'x7' man doors, (3) three framed 14'x14' door openings, trim and flashings for the installation of the pole barn building and all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the complete pole barn installation. The project scope excludes the electrical service, plumbing service, HVAC systems, building insulation, overhead doors and interior finishes for the project.
