The District of Highlands is seeking bids from qualified contractors in response to this Invitation to Tender for the 2026–2028 Grind and Pave Program. The works include grinding and paving at various locations within the District of Highlands. Asphalt testing and permanent road markings will be carried out by the District of Highlands. Grind and Pave Work in 2026, 2027, and 2028 may include, but is not limited to: Grind and pave patches of multiple areas greater than 1000 m² Grind and pave patches of multiple areas smaller than 1000 m² Grind and pave (small patch) of multiple areas smaller than 100 m² Overlay for chip sealed roads of multiple areas larger than 1000 m² Re-shouldering of stretches longer than 1000 linear metres Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca Question Deadline 04/22/2026 at 2:00 PM PT
