Furnishing and installation of Desert Aire dehumidifiers in support of Fermi Forward Discovery Group operations. The work includes providing two Desert Aire dehumidifier units, model LW05NNNN4, or brand-name-or-equal equipment meeting the specified item requirements, under a firm-fixed-price, all-or-none commercial purchase. The contractor shall supply compliant equipment and perform installation in accordance with the requirements stated in the combined synopsis/solicitation prepared under FAR Subpart 12.6. Delivery is required F.O.B. destination with freight prepaid, and all applicable Fermilab commercial terms and conditions will apply. Oral communications are not accepted, and written submissions must include pricing and required representations and certifications.
