Demolition services for Phase 19 at Tyndall Air Force Base consisting of the demolition of five buildings and/or facilities. The contractor shall provide all professional services, permits, equipment, labor, tools, materials, and incidental items necessary to complete the work in accordance with the Statement of Work. Demolition activities shall be performed based on the project description, data provided in the SOW, and information covered during the pre-construction/criteria review meeting held prior to mobilization. All work shall comply with applicable Unified Facilities Criteria, Air Force standards, Department of Defense directives, Florida state statutes, FDOT requirements, base regulations, OSHA, EPA, DEP, NEC, ADA requirements, and all other applicable federal, state, and local codes. Where conflicts exist, the most stringent requirement shall apply. Work shall be completed in accordance with the construction wage rate, contract terms and conditions, and the most current federal and state regulations. The period of performance is estimated at 365 calendar days following notice to proceed, and award will be made using a trade-off, best-value source selection process.
