Reference number: 20140051 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2026-05-01 There is provision for a tendering process for each tender No Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected duration of the contract without options (in months) 12 Description Located on the West Island of Montreal, the Centre de services scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys (CSSMB) has nearly 70,500 students and more than 11,685 staff members in 103 institutions, making it the second largest school network in Quebec. The Centre de services scolaire Marguerite-Bourgeoys (CSSMB) wishes to retain the services of one or more specialized contractors to offer pumping services (with operator) for sewers, sumps, basements, crawl spaces, etc., in all its institutions. The contract is to provide, on request, emergency services related to the suction, pumping and disposal of materials in various CSSMB facilities. This is a performance-on-demand contract. The CSSMB will select the lowest 3 compliant bidders in order of price. The lowest price gets the 1st rank, the 2nd lowest price gets the 2nd rank and the 3rd lowest price will get the 3rd rank. Delivery schedule CONTRACT DURATION The contract comes into force on the date mentioned in the Tender Notice sent to the successful bidder by the CSSMB. It shall expire after a period of twelve (12) months from its entry into force.
