Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the demolition of a 23,560-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.

The work involves the installation of a new Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) of approximately 23,560 square feet for the storage of snow removal equipment. The scope includes removal of existing pavement, general site clearing, installation of erosion and sediment control devices, construction of concrete footings, installation of a paved asphalt roadway, and installation of new utilities (water, sanitary, electrical, telecommunication, and storm drain). Additional work includes installing new fencing and gate, security cameras and card readers, bollards, sidewalk, and pavement markings. Anticipated trades include demolition, concrete, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and PEMB. This project is located landside, outside of the Airfield Security Area, and is subject to Federal Aviation Administration grant requirements and reporting obligations.
