Renovation of a municipal facility in Lewiston, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Attn: Sean Setterberg 431 W McGregor Dr. Boise, ID 83705 F: 208-345-5323 seans@cmcompany.com This Contractor is to demolish, remove, and haul off of the following: o All flooring including abatement of existing flooring per specifications. o Existing port of entry building in its entirety including all associated items, equipment, structures, furnishings, fixtures, basement, foundations, walls and slabs. o Existing exterior mechanical AC unit. o Existing shed in its entirety including all foundations, walls and slabs. o All required saw-cutting and removal. o All exterior, site demolition and saw-cutting including existing sidewalks, ramps, curbing and asphalt as shown. o Flagpole. o Railings. o Preserve and protect all items as indicated. o Electrical safe-off by others. o Transformer by others. o Site utilities by others. o Haul off and legal disposal of all demolished materials. o All required permits, licenses, equipment, and site-specific safety plans required to complete this scope of work
