They comprise the supply of all materials, equipment and labour required for the construction of a covered, refrigerated outdoor ice rink, a service pavilion for users, and the outdoor amenities adjacent to the new facilities. More specifically, the works include the construction of a covered ice rink with a refrigerated concrete slab, including all necessary equipment and accessories (boards, glass panels, nets, mats, scoreboard, audiovisual equipment, furniture, swivel basketball hoops, pickleball markings, etc.). They also include the construction of a service pavilion incorporating garages, a multi-purpose hall, workspaces, sanitary facilities and technical rooms, as well as an outdoor enclosure for refrigeration equipment. Finally, various outdoor developments are planned, including a roundabout, a drop-off area, a public square, a lit footpath and landscaping.
