The Town of Mooresville is seeking professional design service qualifications for the Westside Pickleball Project. The site is located at 170 Joe Knox Ave Mooresville, NC 28117 on a portion of the Lowe's YMCA property adjacent to Josh's Farmers Market. The project includes the design of up to twelve outdoor pickleball courts with fencing, a turf sport court for various activities, storm water management, required landscaping, and access walkways from the street, parking, and adjacent properties. The pickleball courts are expected to utilize shared restroom facilities located in the nearby YMCA or Josh's Farmers Market properties through a mutual operating agreement. Electronic responses should not be submitted via OpenGov Procurement.
