The Association of Municipalities Ontario’s Local Authority Services is seeking proposals for Modular Buildings and Portable Storage Solutions with Related Services. This solicitation is open to vendors interested in providing these solutions to municipal governments, their agencies, boards and commissions, and other broader public sector organizations located in Ontario, as well as other Canoe Sourcewell members across Canada. The resulting contracts are intended to offer regional or national solutions that comply with the rules and regulations of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. Proposals must clearly identify any jurisdictional or provincial limitations. Only proposals submitted through the Sourcewell Procurement Portal will be considered. Submissions are for a term, lump sum pricing, and must be submitted online. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
