Renovation of an office development in Mountain Home AFB, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.

Multi Facility Doors - Windows/Doors Purchase and install aluminum glass doors, such as Kawneer Trifab VersaGlaze or Oldcastle 3000, to replace existing storefront systems, and install hollow metal doors for the remainder of personnel doors, fabricated to specified requirements. Contractor will provide and verify field measurements. Exterior storefronts must have Aluminum Bronze Frames with 1" insulated Bronze tinted Low-e glass to full height and width of doors, with a minimum 10" bottom rail. Exterior doors must include keyed locks for 'BEST' cores and panic hardware. Interior doors will feature push-pull hardware without locks. All doors require bronze surface mount closers. Include thresholds, door sweeps, weather stripping on exterior doors, and ensure proper seal around all door frames. Support MHAFB's recycling policy by removing and delivering old doors, hardware, and materials to building 1800 Recycle Center.
