The Project includes replacement of asphalt pavement, base course material, curb and gutter, and sidewalk along Kort Street between the West Termini and West Grand Ave.; replacement of existing water main with new 10-inch and 8-inch ductile iron water main, and associated valves, hydrants, and services; replacement of the existing gravity sanitary sewer and pressure sanitary force main; and dewatering for utility installations. The Work will be substantially complete on or before November 1st, 2026 ; Final completion- December 5th, 2026. Bids are requested for Kort Street Reconstruction.
