The project consists of repairing Building 37 at Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station to ensure proper operation of both the primary and backup electrical systems during a power outage. The existing outdoor transfer switch does not connect to a generator and currently disconnects the building from the transformer during an outage without restoring commercial power once service returns. Work includes removing the wiring associated with the transfer switch and restoring the building's power feed from the transformer to its original configuration prior to the switch installation, resulting in reliable and correct electrical system functionality during and after power outages. The Government's target price range is between $16,000 and $18,500 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
