The Contractor shall procure water meters and cellular meter interface units as defined in the Contract Documents. The Contractor will abide by conditions and requirements for the scope of work and all coordination with property owners before and after installation activities. Complementary work to furnish and install accessory materials as may be necessary, are identified as if and where directed bid items. The project is located throughout the entirety of the Town of Newton. The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, supervision, trade skills, materials, and equipment required for this project as described in the Construction Documents. The Contract will allow 365 calendar days for completion of the work from the notice to proceed. Bids shall be made on the forms provided and made part of the Contract Documents.
