The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Aviation, will undertake a Multi-Step Sealed Bid process that involves a prequalification phase followed by an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the procurement of Airport Winter Weather Equipment. The project includes preventative maintenance, repair, spare parts support, and training services for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The selected supplier is expected to provide timely, compliant, and high-quality winter weather equipment and support services that improve airfield safety, operational readiness, and continuity of airport operations during winter weather events. Pre-qualification requirements: During the prequalification phase, vendors will be evaluated based on demonstrated experience providing airport winter weather equipment and related support services within active operational airport environments. Evaluation criteria include compliance with applicable SAE and FAA standards, equipment reliability, emergency repair responsiveness, maintenance capability, training delivery, and the overall ability to furnish services and equipment that meet airport operational requirements and performance expectations.
