Site work for a water / sewer project in Shoreview, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Online Bids will be received for the furnishing of all labor and material for the construction of the 2026 Water Main Rehabilitation project. Estimated major quantities for the Work include temporary water service, watermain fittings, lining pit 10' x 20', 6" and 8" CIPP water main lining, 6" and 8" ductile iron pipe CL 52 watermain, 6" and 8" gate box and valve, and reinstating service connections. Bids will only be accepted electronically from contractors listed as planholders. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid. Bidders must submit a signed statement verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City.
