Sealed bids are invited for the collection, hauling, and disposal of residential garbage, refuse, and recyclables for the Village of Walden for the contract year June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2027, with options for June 1, 2027 to May 31, 2028, and June 1, 2028 to May 31, 2029. An alternate proposal is also sought for the additional collection, hauling, and disposal of garbage, refuse, and recyclable materials for multi-family properties and commercial properties for the same contract periods. Bids must be written on supplied forms and include a bid guaranty of 10% of the total contract consideration for the base year, subject to specified conditions. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked for the garbage collection bid.
