Tarrant County is requesting bids for a new annual contract for Bullet Resistant Glass and Glazing. Bidders must bid on all items to be considered for award. Tarrant County may award to a Primary, Secondary, and Alternate vendor, depending on the number of responses received. Vendor(s) will be awarded a twelve-month contract, effective from the date of award or notice to proceed as determined by the Tarrant County Purchasing Department. At Tarrant County’s option and approval by the Vendor, the contract may be renewed for two additional twelve-month periods. Prices must remain firm for the entire contract. If Tarrant County exercises the renewal option, the Vendor must update and submit required documents no later than thirty calendar days prior to the commencement of the option period. Required documents must be in force for the full period of the option. If the updated documents are not submitted in complete form within the specified time, Tarrant County may rescind its option or seek a new solicitation.
