The work includes cleaning and CCTV inspection of approximately 1,217 feet of 18-inch sanitary sewer pipe, installation of Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) lining per ASTM F1216, bypass pumping, and rehabilitation of two manholes using 100% solids epoxy coating. The scope includes one mobilization and demobilization, pre- and post-video inspection, pipeline cleaning, internal lateral reinstatement, CDOT permitting, traffic control, confined space entry practices, and bypass for installation if needed. The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance with standard coverage, and the price must include all identified items. The successful bidder must provide the names and addresses of all major material suppliers and subcontractors. All work must comply with the identified scope of work, any special provisions, and the 2022 City of Alamosa Standard Construction Specifications. All work is to be guaranteed for one year following final acceptance. Proposals must remain valid for sixty days after receipt. The City of Alamosa reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities in submitted proposals, accepting whichever is in the best interest of the City.
