Commerce, Arkansas 72801, at the Reception Desk on the 2nd Floor until 10:00 a.m. on May 12, 2026, and will then be publicly opened in the Council Chambers on the 2nd Floor and read. An optional pre-bid meeting will occur at the intersection of S. Muskogee Ave. and W. 12th St. at 9:30 am, April 30, 2026. Every request for such an interpretation shall be made in writing to the City of Russellville, 203 South Commerce, Russellville, Arkansas 72801.
