The scope of the project consists of providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, tools, and supervision necessary to install approximately 2,500 linear feet of 8-inch natural gas main. Instructions to bidders include the requirement to provide performance and payment bonds, proof of insurance, and licenses as specified. Digital plans, specifications, and bid forms may be obtained from the City's Engineering Department. The City of Elizabethtown reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to let the contract as a whole or for any part, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
