The City of Corvallis seeks an Owner Representative (OR) to support the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park Enhancement Project through final permitting, procurement, construction, and project closeout. The OR's primary role will be to serve as the project's Construction Manager. Additional services include supporting the design team through final permitting, reviewing design documents for construction feasibility, and leading the public bid and procurement process. The project is currently at or near 100% design and construction documentation, midway through land use and regulatory permitting, and anticipated to transition into bid development and construction in the near term. The OR will serve as an extension of City staff, providing technical expertise, coordination, and oversight to ensure successful project completion. The City encourages applications from individuals or organizations that may not meet the totality of requested services. The Scope of Work may be adjusted to fit the needs of the project and the skill set of the selected Owner Representative. The total project budget is $8.5 million, supported by a combination of City funds, federal and state grants, and generous private donations. The design documents are 90% complete.
