All work shall be in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and New York City regulations. The general contractor shall provide all materials and labor in the performance of the Scope of Work which shall consist of, but is not limited to the following: A. Selective Building Demolition: 1. Remove existing panel disconnects, wire trough, panel 60A Square D disconnect, and pull-box as indicated on the design drawings and specifications (Exhibit 2). B. Interior Construction: 1. Construct a fire-rated, metal-framed wall and ceiling assemblies as indicated on the design drawings and specifications (Exhibit 2). 2. Install a Hollow Metal, painted, fire-rated door and frame as indicated on the design drawings and specifications (Exhibit 2). 3. Make any repairs to existing wall and/or ceiling damaged while constructing the new wall and ceiling assemblies. C. Interior Finishes: 1. Paint newly constructed walls and ceilings to match the existing walls and ceilings. 2. Patch and paint any existing wall and/or ceiling surfaces damaged in the process of constructing the new wall and ceiling assemblies. 3. Prepare the closet floor and apply concrete floor sealer on the floor of the closet. D. Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning: 1. Install the exhaust fan, ceiling-hung cabinet, and exhaust grille per design drawings and specifications (Exhibit 2). 2. Install fire dampers with access panels per the design drawings and specifications (Exhibit 2). 3. Install the wall-mounted intake louver per the design drawings and specifications (Exhibit 2). 4. Install ductwork required and as per the design drawings and specifications (Exhibit 2). 5. Install the temperature sensor as indicated on the design drawings and specifications (Exhibit 2). E. Electrical: 1. Protect the existing Automatic Transfer Switch and transformers, 75kVA on pad in the new closet. 2. Relocate existing panel disconnects, panel 60A Square D disconnect and pull-box, and existing wiring trough, per the design drawings and specifications (Exhibit 2). 3. Relocate existing wiring conduit up to the ceiling with extensions to the new wall. 4. Install duplex receptacle wiring to the spare breaker as indicated on design drawings and specifications (Exhibit 2). 5. Install a new light fixture and controls switch per the design drawings and specifications (Exhibit 2). 6. Raise existing light fixtures as indicated on the design drawings and specifications (Exhibit 2). F. Fire Alarm: 1.
