Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in La Vergne, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a 12,480-square-foot municipal facility; for the renovation of a 890-square-foot municipal facility; and 2,700-square-foot pre-engineered storage facility.
The project includes the interior build-out of approximately 12,480-square-feet of open expansion space into offices, involving architectural, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and limited structural work. The scope also covers the renovation of approximately 890-square-feet of existing office space. Site civil work includes the demolition of a small freestanding garage, asphalt paving, concrete paving, gravel surfacing, the extension of a 6-inch diameter water service line with a fire hydrant, and the construction of a 300-linear-foot, five-foot-wide concrete walk to ADA standards. Additionally, the project involves the construction of a 2,700-square-foot shed with open sides, the addition of ADA-accessible door openers on three existing doors, and other minor improvements.
