Plan to arrive in the main foyer ten minutes prior to meeting. It is the respondent’s responsibility to arrive at the meeting space on time and schedule for unforeseen unknowns that may delay arrival to the meeting location. Once the meeting has begun, it is considered closed to any other respondents. Late arrivals will not be permitted to sign in. Please note: The site visit will begin at Bayside Public School. As the roadways and parking areas for Bayside Public and Bayside Secondary School are interconnected, the group will view both areas together as a single walkthrough. Attendance will be taken at the commencement of the meeting and only those in attendance for the full length of the meeting will be eligible to submit quotations. Quotations received from Respondents not on the list of attendees at the site visit/pre-quotation meeting will not be considered. Sub-trade respondents are also encouraged to attend this meeting as an introduction to the scope of work required by General Contractors.
