The day-to-day operations will be managed by OPRHP, but due to the complexity and specialized nature of the system, on-call support is required for more substantial and challenging issues. Contractors must provide technical support to park operation staff throughout the operating season, including for seasonal start-up and winterization. Bidders are requested to make Good Faith Efforts to include MWBE vendors where subcontracting is available, and must be able to document these efforts if asked.
