Completed plans call for the renovation of a 4,800-square-foot, one-story above grade elderly care / assisted living facility; for site work for a elderly care / assisted living facility; for the addition of a elderly care / assisted living facility; and for paving for a elderly care / assisted living facility.

The project consists of the full renovation of a residential substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation facility, serving individuals with substance use disorders or co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. The renovation includes two separate two-story buildings with a combined interior floor space of about 40,000 square feet, and the addition of two small one-story expansions totaling about 4,800 square feet. Work involves complete interior demolition and reconfiguration, including offices, clinical offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, conversion to 24/7 residential rooms with anti-ligature, barricade-resistant, and ADA compliant features, kitchen renovation, elevator modernization, and upgrades to building systems (HVAC, electrical, fire detection and suppression). Exterior work includes energy-efficient building envelope upgrades, photovoltaic roof panels, and replacement of windows, siding, insulation, and roofing. Site improvements include EV charging stations, asphalt repaving, accessible parking, signage, a concrete pad and pavilion, and an underground stormwater management system. The construction cost is estimated at approximately $25 million USD and the anticipated duration is 24 months.
