The work will consist of HVAC Testing, Adjustment, and Balancing (TAB). This includes routine, recurring, and usual work for the preservation or protection of any publicly owned or publicly operated facility for its intended purposes, categorized as maintenance. The successful contractor shall be responsible for all necessary labor, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies required to perform the work as specified. Bids must be submitted electronically through Biddingo, and each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier’s check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara" and must include a complete, executed original bid bond with all required signatures and seals. Failure to provide a complete, executed original bid bond prior to the bid deadline shall constitute a Non-Responsive Bid.
