The City of Markham is soliciting bids from contractors to perform interior flooring replacement at 8100 Warden Ave. The scope of work spans the main atrium and into the elevator lobby. The existing tiled floor is to be removed and re-tiled. 8100 Warden Ave is an administrative building for the City of Markham as well as other tenants. The work must be carried out to a high standard of quality, adhere to industry safety standards and the City's health and safety requirements, adhere to the project schedule, and minimize the impact to the function of the building during construction.
