The scope of work includes providing, installing, maintaining, and removing all environmental protection works and siltation control as may be required; providing and maintaining tree protection zones, including all fencing and signage complete; supplying and placing dust control such as Calcium Chloride; provisionally providing services of a certified tree arborist; and provisionally removing and disposing of existing roadway asphalt to the top of the existing granular base.
