Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in College Station, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a library.
The City of College Station invites qualified contractors to submit bids for Three Library Drop Boxes which will be purchased by the City of College Station for installation at three different site locations. This bid is to install those three drop boxes after pouring concrete pads at two of the sites. Site 1: Lincoln Recreation Center, 1000 Eleanor St., College Station, Texas 77840. Site 2: Bob & Wanda Meyer Senior & Community Center, 2275 Dartmouth St., College Station, Texas 77840. Site 3: HEB Tower Point, 949 William D. Fitch Parkway, College Station, Texas 7845. A concrete pad will need to be installed at the Lincoln Center and Meyer Center sites as per the specifications listed below. The HEB Tower Point site will not require a new concrete pad as the drop box will be installed on an existing concrete sidewalk. Questions and inquiries about this bid should be submitted in writing via the Q&A feature available online via the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace ("Bidding Portal"). The deadline for submitting written requests for clarification is May 1, 2026 @ 2:00 PM. CT.
