The Sabine River Authority of Texas and the Sabine River Authority, State of Louisiana, acting jointly as Toledo Bend Project Joint Operation, is seeking bids for asphalt road improvements. Bids must be submitted electronically and clearly marked as 'Request for Bid - TBPJO Asphalt Road Improvements (RFB #26-002)'. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held to ensure the scope of work is fully understood. All interested parties are required to attend the pre-bid meeting. Question Deadline 05/13/2026 at 2:00 PM CT Questions regarding contract documents may be emailed to purchasing@sratx.org or directed to Stephanie Stanley at 409.746.2192. It is the intent and purpose of these contract documents to provide for the rehabilitation of existing asphalt roads along the embankment of the toledo Bend Reservoir located in Sabine County, Texas. Work shall include surface preparation, full-depth repair of potholes, and placement of a 2-inch hot-mix asphalt (HMA) overlay on existing service roads atop the dam embankment. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the plans and specifications. All work shall conform to the applicable provisions of the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Standard Specifications.
