Demolition and site work for a mixed-use development in Richland Center, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Question Deadline 05/19/2026 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than 10 days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. Major components of the work include demolition and complete removal of the following UW-Campus structures and associated concrete, footings and foundations: Science Building, Miller Memorial Library, Classroom Hall, and Coppertop Building (Alternate No. 1). The project also includes asbestos abatement and hazardous material removal, disposal and recycling of demolition debris, removal of concrete sidewalks, driveways and vegetation as indicated in drawings, general site grading and leveling, and site restoration and seeding. Bids shall be completed according to the bidding documents. Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the bid must accompany each bid. Richland County reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract in the best interests of the owner.
