This is a brand name sole source solicitation for APPRussellstoll products only; no proprietary information or technical data will be provided. All items must be OEM parts. Vendors must quote prices FOB Destination. Bidders must be registered in SAM and provide SAM ID and Tax Information Number with their offer.
