Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Elgin, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The High School Expansion will be designed to serve 1,500 student capacity with a core of 1,800 students, and shall be designed with flexibility to convert to a middle school. The school will be constructed on two lots comprising 52 acres at the intersection of Stone Creek Drive and FM 1100 in the City of Elgin, Texas in Travis County. This new facility will enhance learning opportunities for students, provide modern educational spaces, and support Elgin ISD’s long-term facility expansion plans.
