Reference Number 0000421662 Replacement of Motor Control Center E2 (MCC-E2) Question Deadline 05/01/2026 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Responses to written questions: May 4th, 2026 17:00:00 MDT In general, the Scope of Services and/or Product includes, but is not limited to, the following: Respondent services shall include, but not be limited to the following: Replacement of Motor Control Center E2 (MCC-E2) MCC-E2 is located on page E42.3 of one line and is fed by MDC-EM MDC-EM is located in electrical room 1 and fed by vault 1, referenced on page E42.2 Vault 1 is referenced on page E42.2 as well Awarded bidder will be required to retain a certified Building Automation System (BAS) contractor to perform control wiring as well as any necessary programming to complete project. Awarded bidder will likely need to retain the services of crane and operator to move MCC to roof where fan room 8 is located. Potential Vendors will be required to attend pre-bid walk through of the project before bidding to clarify scope of work. All work to be fully permitted by vendor with applicable authorities having jurisdiction. As well as inspected by AHJ. All work to be fully tested for compliance and functionality before scope of work deemed complete Contractor to be licensed electrical contractor in the State of Colorado. Any work performed on building automation systems to be performed by certified BAS contractor
